Note to Parents: Should you enroll your child under 18 years of age in TaiwanSteve.com and use said services, the parent must register their child(ren) and make the appropriate payment in full at the time of purchase. TaiwanSteve accepts only the following approved payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard or Visa. Children under the age of 15 shall not enroll/register in any TaiwanSteve English language program or service. No exceptions.

U.S. copyright law, trademark, intellectual property law, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries, including the Republic of China (Taiwan), fully protect TaiwanSteve.com and its contents. TaiwanSteve.com exclusively owns all rights, titles, interests, and intellectual property rights of the entire content of the site.

SECURITY ISSUES and TERMINATION OF SERVICE

  2. Password is only valid for the registered user and may not be shared or transferred to gain access to the site, enroll in a course, or use said site.
  3. Enrollment is limited to registered users. Non-registered users shall not access said site.
  4. Hijacking, deleting or altering any website content.
  5. Knowingly transmit viruses or malware to the website.
  6. Tampering with any content or rerouting any user of said website.
  7. Intimidating, harassing, or threatening any user for any reason including, in part, but not limited to race, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, and marital status, or any other legally protected status.

  9. Political campaigns and commercial solicitation are strictly prohibited.

TaiwanSteve.com Products and Services, Including Registration, Enrollment, Translation and Editing Services – Terms and Conditions

  1. All fees must be paid in full, unless stipulated and agreed to otherwise, before the start of individual tutoring, program, class, translation, and editing services, etc.
  2. The length and duration of each service are stipulated on the home page of services. eg., “Taiwan Chit Chat” is sold as one package of 10 sessions which are 30 minutes in length. The price is marked clearly when selecting the product. Prices vary among products and services.
  3. Should a student register for one-on-one tutoring and fail to complete the course by the expiration date, the student will forfeit any lessons and no monies refunded. No exceptions.
  4. Should a student need to reschedule a class or tutoring session, it is at the sole discretion of TaiwanSteeve.com. There are no guarantees that you may be permitted to reschedule, and TaiwanSteve.com shall refund no monies.
